Youzar (pronounced like Joe Zar) is a Sound Healing Facilitator, Natural and Psychedelic Medicine Practitioner, Traditional Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and a student of Zen Buddhism. He has completed 600 hours of Yoga Alliance certified training as well as other spiritual and medicinal apprenticeship and training.

Youzar was trained in Traditional Kundalini Yoga in the lineage of Mahavatar Babaji in Rishikesh, India and was trained in Sound Medicine by René Najera of The Medicine of Sound in Xpu-Ha, Mexico. He combines yoga, sound, and medicine to create transformational experiences that support healing and awakening.
