connection is medicine

connection is medicine •

The medicine we all need resides in the simple parts of this glorious life. We believe connecting with movement, nature, community, plants, sounds, and energy is the medicine our world needs. • Kids love the festival! so many families come year after year and the kids love roaming free in the main area enjoying everything from the bounce house, to kids classes, to live music, participating in the talent shows, swimming in the river and proud lake, camping and enjoying the evening fires and trails, shopping the vendors and creating nature art. Plus kids care and SO much more! Its a chance for kids to unplug and see you as their caregivers do the same! It’s so fun and freeing!

  • Like any big event parking is not right next to the activities. Our advice is get there early and give yourself plenty of time. We have shuttles and multiple lots -so it depends on time of day and luck :) Some things other people do is bring a bike and bike back and forth, bring a wagon to haul their things, carpool to make it fun! Think of it like going to Pine Knob or a big event in the city- walking is a must! Bring a good attitude !

  • \*\* NOTE That the park requires a state park car pass - can be purchased on site but you may have it on your license renewal as well! If you park at the campground side you do not need the state park pass. That parking if for shala bunkhouse and campers only!!

  • We have an array of delicious healthy food available throughout the weekend - see our vendor lineup above. Food is available in the early morning Friday-saturday - sunday and though 10pm for dinner. Nakee butter often stays late with the yummy snacks as well:)
