We are so excited to celebrate the rebranding of Barefoot + Free Yoga!

We wouldn't be where we are today without all of YOU -- our incredible community that comes together to practice, transform, and grow. We are so deeply grateful for each and every one of you as we step into a new season of Barefoot + Free Yoga.

We will be celebrating with a rebranding party on Thursday, June 1 at the gorgeous Metta & Moxie in Ferndale from 6-9pm.

Sitting in sacred ceremony together. Movement & stillness practices. Sharing our hearts. Journaling. Recommended reading & take home assignments. Plus private group chats and check-ins.
