  • Sabrina Adleman

    E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®

I’m Sabrina - a tree hugging, gardener in the making, mama of 2 that loves mornings and tea. I help people like you find more balance, strength, and body awareness. Our modern lives push and pull us in so many directions that it’s easy to forget how to stay centered in ourselves. I will help you bring attention to what is happening in the moment and learn to listen to your body.

Yoga has been in my life for over 20 years. Early on, my practice would get away from me, depending on where I was in my life. But. I always came back to it because it kept me grounded, focused, and more balanced emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I just felt better.

Yoga helped me so much that I studied to be an advanced yoga instructor, at this point accumulating over 700 hours of training. My motivation to serve you encourages me to continually ask questions and adjust what I offer so I can help you better.

My goal is to help you begin. Wherever that is.

  • Ool Pardi

Ool was born in Estonia, a small country on the northern tip of Europe, bordering Russia. There are many journeys in life and hers brought her and her family to America when she was 17 to start a new life. She has resonated with Native American culture since childhood and has always felt a pull to immerse herself in the sounds and spirit of the tribes.

She bought her first drum when she was 26 years old. It was a Sioux ceremonial drum. Soon after she bought an Alaskan Fire drum. She had no idea how to play them and for many years, she lacked the confidence to try...and so a silent conversation began while she searched for a healing meditation.

Over the years, as her spiritual journey continued, the drums called to her louder and louder until finally in 2014, she took a drumming class from Spirit Hawk of the Ojibwa Nation. Around the same time she also was given the name StrongHeart by Chief White Buffalo, at a gathering in Alcona County, MI. It was then that the long silence was over and StrongHeart DrumMedicine emerged. Today she plays in yoga studios, churches and private residences in the mid-Michigan area with her wife, Kellie. Together they create a unique meditation experience using native instruments from around the world.
