I will give you techniques to bring fire, yet calm the body, with movement. We will discover your masculine and feminine energy and how to bring balance. How you can test yourself to see what needs to be balanced as well. You can bring together your own personal practice that stands out to you to add to your daily practice! Namaste
Samantha Cardinas has been on this beautiful life journey for 10 years. She has been learning different techniques that have helped me on my journey and to serve others. Her journey has led me to Reiki master, 200 yoga, inner child, past life regression, generational healing, breath work , and coaching. She finds her passion in breath work and meditation as this can heal so much not only physically, also spiritually and mentally. She feels that there needs to be more awareness and understanding around breathing that we are unfamiliar with. Studying one on one with a breath coach from India for 1.5 years has opened her eyes to see how needed these techniques are needed to help with anxiety, depression and physical health. She is here to be of service and support others on their journey to their true essence!
