Move With Water
Stand up paddle board yoga is a physical embodiment of learning to flow with the ups and downs of life. Through tuning into our breath and our still point within, we are able to be adaptable and connect to our inner strength, moving with the water, and not fighting against it. Having a sense of humor and adventure makes this class all the more fun as we attempt different yoga poses and transitions on the paddle board.
Hi my Name is Meghan, I’ve been teaching yoga and aerial yoga for four years now and it’s been an amazing journey. Guiding others to make that mind body connection and to believe in themselves is a beautiful thing and something I hope to continue doing as the journey continues.
