My name is Elise I am a multifaceted space holder, yoga teacher and artist. My music project is called “M.e.” You can catch me as a free form bass DJ in the vibrant Detroit scene. I’m also known for curating and DJing Ecstatic Dance events in the area through my Wake Your Waters gatherings.

Mary is a multifaceted space holder, yoga teacher, artist, and DJ known in the Detroit music scene. After falling in love with Ecstatic Dance on Big Island Hawaii, she spent the past two years DJing and facilitating Ecstatic Dance sessions and offering Ecstatic Dance Play Shops in the Detroit area. These Play Shops provide a guided, immersive ecstatic dance experience focused on somatic embodiment exploration. Participants delve into body sensations, pulsating music beats, and the communal dance energy, allowing them to explore emotions, release tension, and connect deeply with others on a primal level. It's a transformative experience leaving individuals feeling uplifted, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to themselves and the world around them.
