This session will guide you on how to use aromatherapy to reduce stress and have more zzzzz’s.. Did you know that 33% of people do not get enough sleep and most of us feel stressed at some point? Come learn about and experience the best oils that calm the nervous system and learn an easy hand massage technique that triggers relaxation. We will apply calming oils and do a simple relaxation meditation.

Lisa is an adjunct instructor, an educator, a health enthusiast and a mom and you get me - an essential oil expert and successful wellness advocate for dōTERRA Oils. She educates others about essential oils as complimentary to integrative and holistic health and I coach my team to develop thriving businesses.
