Kim's journey with yoga began in the early 2000s when she sought a change in her fitness routine. The unexpected mental benefits of stress reduction and mindfulness kept her returning to her mat. After nearly 28 years in a high-stress corporate environment, Kim chose to follow her passion to help others discover the benefits of yoga and find their inner peace.
