Move. Make. Meditate. - Spend time with your creative self! You’ll move your body through an asana practice before selecting an artistic medium to make something on which you’ll meditate as a way to connect with your creative energies.

Katrina is a 500 RYT who has been studying with Samastah Yoga Center since 2018 and teaching there since 2021. She is currently in her second year of Sanskrit language study with Yogic Studies and is also studying Yoga Therapy through Corewell Health's Integrative Medicine Department. She loves her dog Gus and partner Josh who all live together in Ferndale. Katrina is passionate about lifelong learning and using that new knowledge to support liberation for all beings.
