Known for her accessible, alignment-focused teaching style, Kaila Grace creates a welcoming environment for students of all levels to move with intention and confidence. With over five years of teaching experience, Kaila blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and thoughtful sequencing to help students build both strength and ease—on and off the mat.

She regularly hosts independent events and workshops designed to support students in deepening their practice and discovering their true potential. Rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body, her approach is grounded, heart-centered, and dedicated to meeting each student exactly where they are. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning as a seasoned practitioner, Kaila invites you to explore, connect, and come home to yourself.
