Movement in Meditation? The hardest meditations are still and silent. It's time to bring some fun into your practice! Learn and practice several Kundalini Yoga meditations that involve mantra, moving mudra, walking, celestial communication and dance!

Jessica embarked on her yoga journey during high school in the late 1990s, igniting a lifelong passion. Since 2010, she has been sharing her love for yoga as a certified teacher, earning her level 2 (500hr) certificate from the Kundalini Yoga Institute in 2022. Continuously dedicated to growth, Jessica remains committed to evolving as a teacher. Off the mat, she extends her healing talents through Art Therapy sessions for non-profits in the metro Detroit area, holding a Master's in Education in art therapy and pursuing her ATR-BC certification.
