Join Jeni Rae and Holly Ulewicz for a transformational women's empowerment circle. Within this sacred space, voices are heard, women are uplifted, and hearts are ignited. Jeni and Holly will provide a group sound healing and reiki experience followed by empowered discussions surrounding the major life transitions of womanhood (menarche, matrescence, and menopause.) We will close the space with a beautiful and sensual movement practice.

Holly is a Reiki master teacher, 500-RYT, auricular acupuncturist and certified personal trainer who loves empowering students to use health practices to bring vibrancy and vitality into all aspects of life. She works with a network of metaphysical shops and studios to uplift and support existing wellness communities in the Metro-Detroit area.

Experienced yoga instructor passionate about teaching since 2015. Dedicated to sharing knowledge as a student, teacher, mother, daughter, wife, and grandmother of four. Specializes in sound bowl playing and Reiki healing practices. Organizes yoga retreats for women of all ages to celebrate life and connection with nature.
