Activate your Sacral Chakra or Svadisthana- “seat of the true self”, with Gwendolyn’s Yoni Love Workshop. Yoni steaming is the practice of sitting over a bowl of gently steaming organic herbs to cleanse your yoni (vagina). Gwendolyn will guide yoni steaming sessions with groups of 10 women throughout the weekend at Barefoot and Free, using her handmade yoni stools and locally sourced herbs. Our yoni is the most absorbent point of our body. Heat increases blood flow and circulation, which allows us to absorb the medicine of the plants and release stagnant energy/ emotions that are stored within the womb. When Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) is balanced, our ability to “go with the flow” is strengthened, our ability to surrender and tune into our true feelings is heightened, and creativity flourishes!
