Breathwork and our ability to control the way you breathe allows you to control your nervous system. When you breathe in activating ways you can unlock your mind and body. This can allow by harnessing the stress response and adrenaline that is released from Tummo (Wim Hof Breathing) to create and manifest a psychedelic experience. You can feel the deep peace, relaxation of stress and trauma, a deeper insight into your body and the way it interacts with everything around this. This 2 hour class is designed to help people explore their bodies and minds, examine and work with trauma and blockages, feel intense euphoria with the release of adrenaline. All doing this and doing incredibly healthy things to your body with reducing inflammation, increase circulation, reduce your stress response, enhance latent abilities, interact with the world in interesting and new ways.

You will be guided on this process to help facilitate your breath and meditative practices by your instructor. He will guide you through feeling, and how to manifest more, and how to remain calm. You may laugh, cry, yell, fall asleep, anything is right with this class. You are setting up your body and mind to achieve a deep level of release that wasn't thought of as possible with the use of medicines like mushrooms simply by breathing. You will be able to release DMT from your mind during this class and you will allow your body to relax, accept, and grow. You will confront, relax, and work through physical and emotional stress and anywhere else your body and mind take you on this journey. This class varies wildly from class to class and the experience will be different for everyone. Come together in this nourishing small group environment, join in the energy of the space, and learn to dig deep into your body and mind to learn more about yourself and the world around you. Leaving this class you will feel refreshed and like you've achieved a deep release. Euphoria, strange visions, shapes, colors, feelings, emotions, bodily sensations, and any number of things are possible.

This more advanced class can be suitable for beginners looking to make breakthroughs in their journey, unlocking their body and mind, explore a different practice to help facilitate their own methods. But because of the deeply impactful nature of this class participants must not be actively Pregnant, have high blood pressure, or active epilepsy. If you have the conditions other breathwork class options are available that can help control blood pressure and epilepsy, and mothers may participate after giving birth.

Our vision is to channel the elements that exist within us + in our environment so we can tap into our inner alchemists. We invite you to root like Earth, pour like water, blaze like fire, dream like air, and remember your ethereal self as we deeper connect to ether. Using the modalities of asana, dance, Reiki and meditation, we're reminded of how powerful and mystical we are as the Universe having a "human experience." Because the etheric body is the ultimate map of heaven and Earth, we'll explore each chakra's correlated element, activate the chakras, and ignite the power we hold there. Leah and I look forward to journeying into the mystery with you - through sensation, curiosity, intuition and heartfelt playfulness.

Women of all ages have gathered together in circles for thousands of years. These circles hold so much magic and power, yet we’ve forgotten how important it is to gather as women in our busy modern world. These tribal connections were a part of our survival and are still a part of our DNA. Our bodies remember these primal experiences every time we gather. We learn to be women from other women.

This Women’s Empowerment Circle is a beautiful opportunity to connect with other women and be seen and heard exactly as you are in your messiness and celebrations. When we enter a circle, it's an opportunity to take off the masks we wear, ready to be witnessed by other supportive, loving, and compassionate women. When we show up fully and authentically in a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space, we begin to trust other women and release negativities that have plagued female relationships for far too long. Jealousy, competition, and comparison, for example, prevent women from collaborating, connecting, empowering, and supporting each other.

The world will change when women start to look inward and heal our female relationships. In this safe space, we begin to heal the sister wound and remove the layers and barriers that are in the way of us fully empowering and lifting ourselves and each other up. We’re only as strong as the women next to us, so the more we empower others, the more we empower ourselves.

This circle offers a chance to slow down, move your body, self-reflect, share, learn, hold space, and love….together! And when we do, we begin to break down the walls and chains that have held women back for centuries, allowing women everywhere to rise into the radiant, sovereign, wild, and free badasses we’re meant to be.

The Voice, Vagina, and Vagus Nerve are intimately interconnected. They all intertwine and have a profound affect on our health and wellbeing.

For women, our voices, wombs, and bodies have often been shut down by our upbringing and society. They can feel silenced, weak, brittle, rigid, or repressed. It's also very common to be in hyper-vigilance + fight, flight, or freeze.

The good news is that these areas can heal, and they heal best together. Each of us is fully capable of awakening our voices, wombs, bodies, and souls. And when we do, an ocean of bliss awaits us.

In this gentle playshop, we'll explore simple, safe, and scientific techniques that any woman can use. Our tools are sound, breath, movement, and energy.

Everything will be demonstrated fully clothed and taught with honesty and integrity. Kimberly will continually check that you’re feeling safe and held within a sacred space. No one will be expected to participate or share in any way that makes them feel uncomfortable. Our purpose is to gently and lovingly open ourselves to greater healing and wellbeing.

These allies will also help us to deepen our connection with the natural world and facilitate the release of old patterns and energies. The Holy Fire Reiki® sound healing experience will help to clear any blockages and balance our energy centers, allowing us to fully integrate the transformational energy of the ceremony.

    What is Hapé?
Hapé is a sacred tobacco snuff  that is curated with medicinal plants, leaves, trees and seeds from native lands in a labor intensive, ceremonial way by the indigenous tribes of the Amazon. The tobacco harvested is not grown for comercial use or genetically motified, thus it does not conatin high amounts of nicotine. The Native People greatly revere Tobacco as a Grandfather medicine, full of ancient wisdom and the abiltiy to carry prayers to the creator. Hapé is a powerful plant ally that is often used for purification, protection and deep connection to the spirits, animals, and Mother Earth. An experience of sitting with hape can offer powerful healing for the body, mind, and soul.

    What is Sananga?
Sananga is a traditional Amazonian plant medicine that is usually taken in the form of eye drops. It is derived from the roots of either the Tabernaemontana undulata plant (milkwood) or the Tabernaemontana sananho plant (dogbane). Sananga is primarily used to treat a number of eye diseases and to improve vision, but is also used to gain deeper insight, enhace intuition, and to cleanse the mind and body.

    What is Holy Fire Reiki®?
As defined by the International Center for Reiki Training, "Holy Fire Reiki® is a spiritual energy that creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment and guidance." This system of Reiki healing supports deep releases of dormant unhealed energy, shedding of adopted patterns from social and cultural conditioning, as well as enhances intuitive guidance and support towards alignment with the authentic self.

Codependency is a learned behavior that can be passed down from one generation to another. It is an emotional and behavioral condition that affects an individual’s ability to have a healthy, mutually satisfying relationship. Often there are trauma responses that lead to hyper-independence & hyper-dependence. Comparative Suffering (a term coined by Brene Brown) is a hurdle that often prevents people from the healing process by discounting their traumatic experiences. In this workshop, we’ll discuss trauma and the brain specifically the Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn phenomena. We’ll also discuss boundaries as a powerful elixir when it comes to healing relationships. This is a trauma-informed, whole-person workshop. A guided meditation with singing bowls will be offered after the lecture.

  • Teacher: Kaila Grace

For many of us saying no, staying away from certain people, breaking bad habits, and stopping other things that lead to an imbalanced life, are hard to do. We lack boundaries. This can take a toll on the body and the mind. Creating tension in places where it is so tight, you can barely move or breathe. Or causing such a heaviness in the mind you cannot think or do not feel like yourself. If we don’t address this, it can lead to many other issues that are detrimental to our health forever.

When we practice yoga the body does not allow you to go past a certain point if you are not open enough to go there yet. It keeps its boundaries. Even off of the mat if you’re hungry, tired, in pain, etc, the body stops you from continuing on eventually. The body does not lack the boundaries that our ego seems to.

Join Kaila for a gentile all-levels yoga class where you will explore the boundaries within your body with the use of a strap. Through the body you will start to learn what strong and honorable boundaries are. Kaila will guide you into poses and breathwork that will help you release tension, give you insight to the boundaries you need to strengthen, and give you a new perspective on how to establish and keep boundaries in your life.

Please bring a yoga strap, scarf, or belt for this class. None will be provided and it will be helpful to fully experience the class.

Sierra Gale is a Michigan native singer/song writer. Originally born in Ann Arbor and grew up in a small town in south eastern Michigan. She wrote many poems growing up and always dreamt of writing her own music. After high school she got into a lot of alternative ways of living, traveled a lot, and found a ukulele to be very therapeutic and learned how to "flow-sing," a stream of conciousness "word-vomit," that pairs with almost any chord progression. Over the years she flowed out many songs and will soon be recording and producing a few (be on the lookout)! She performed at Divine Pine in 2022, and plans to continue performing at festivals. Her partner, Josh Mullins is originally from Toledo, Ohio and has a rich background of loving music and of course, playing and creating his own music. They will be debuting together for the first time at Barefoot and Free Yoga Festival, and they are very excited to share their voices and hearts with you through song!

Join Lisa Vecchio, certified Breathwork Facilitator, for a 90 minute journey into the healing power of breath. The Elemental Rhythm Breathwork experience combines intention, movement, and breathing, all set to the beat of a uniquely curated playlist. The impact of the experience can be profound, and we finish with time for integration through meditation, sound, sharing, and community connection.

Breathwork is a powerful healing modality that facilitates deep emotional, psychological, and physical release. With the Elemental Rhythm breathwork method we breathe to the beat of music, using varying paces of deep diaphragmatic breath, pranayama, and breath holds to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce CO2 in the blood, stimulate the vagus nerve, and activate DMT in brain. This can create non-ordinary states of consciousness, similar to that of psychedelics, which ignite intense self exploration, connection, and healing from the inside out. This allows for the following benefits:

    - relieve stress, anxiety, depression

    - reduce pain/inflammation

    - release unresolved emotions

    - provide clarity & deep connection with self

    - heal inner trauma

    - expand awareness, increase intuition

“ He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight “
-Sun Tzu ( The Art of War)

Contrary to belief, not all battles are meant to be fought the same. Experiencing life and fighting through struggles requires flexibility.

Often times we try to “punch” through every obstacle when sometimes letting go (releasing) is all that is required.

Yin yoga is a style of yoga that is amazing for a deep connective tissue release. But also, helps introduce the beautiful art of surrender. Surrendering to the now…..

On the other side, when it’s time to battle, windmilling the air has never proven to be effective. Yang yoga is a style of yoga that teaches control and balance, in some of life’s most difficult moments. Fight but fight effectively.

As humans, we are both animal + spirit. HEART CENTERED is a journey inward to meet ourselves and hold space for all of the stories our bodies hold. We’ll welcome in Reiki to hold us as we use our own innate gifts to merge breath + awareness, allowing us to alchemize anything unresolved in the body into gold. What was once experienced as fear and pain is alchemized into embodied wisdom, compassion and grace.

We’ll explore the body as a map, leaning into the lessons and gifts mirrored in our chakras and ultimately landing at heart center, the meeting of the physical and spiritual. We’ll move through the dualities of feminine + masculine, sacred + mundane, human + spirit. The intention is to guide you home to your most vibrant, aligned + tapped in expression.

Prabudh Noel will gift us with a gorgeous sound bath and will be sharing his Reiki gifts as well.

Tarot Yoga is the intimate art of accessing the wisdom & power encoded in the psyche’s archetypes through creative and ecstatic yoga asana. This workshop is very interactive - together, we gently open and lovingly hold a safe, comfortable, and sacred container. The Archetypes reflected in the Tarot refer to very real patterns of energy present in the mind of every person. When we consciously connect with these parts of us, they respond with great love and wisdom.

The workshop itself will be largely intuitive, consisting of opening and closing circles, group discussion, and guided yoga asana and meditation including archetype-inspired breath, mantra, and mudra. Rather than one full yoga flow, we will explore several unique and repeatable mini-flows and meditations designed to embody the energy and knowledge of their respective Archetype. Tarot Yoga encourages wholeness through profound acceptance of our vast, unique, and often contradictory internal experiences.
