This months theme is healing our sister wounds. Tending to sweet maiden within that feels welcome & invited.

What to expect: Circles are a powerful way to reclaim your feminine divine powers. Each month we will focus on a different aspect of being a woman, sharing together, practicing yoga and connecting to our inner feminine gifts! This month we are still wintering. We will practice calm, quiet soothing yin, followed by a deep Nidra to restore our nervous system.  We will share about our sisterhood experiences and struggles. All women are welcome and invited to come as you are.
