This is the first in a series of masterclass workshops exploring the many facets of the feminine shadow. Our shadow side represents the parts of ourselves that are often hidden—whether intentionally or unconsciously. It’s the underlying force behind feelings like jealousy, envy, gossip, cattiness, or struggles with respect and intimacy in our relationships with other women. These behaviors often stem from the feminine shadow. For many of us, this journey can be traced back to childhood or early adolescence, where an experience with other girls may have caused a rupture in trust. These early imprints taught us to perceive other girls as unsafe, leading to years—perhaps decades—of silently competing, comparing, and viewing women as rivals instead of allies. Yet, on the other side of this shadow lies one of life’s greatest gifts: the power of true female friendships. These are the women who stand by you in your darkest moments, see every side of you, and still choose to be your friend. To cultivate these deep, meaningful connections, we must confront our shadows, acknowledge the pain and experiences that shaped our perceptions, and reclaim the true power of the feminine force in today’s world. This masterclass will combine thought-provoking discussions, journaling exercises, group sharing, and simple, practical tools you can begin using immediately to shift your perspective and deepen your relationships.
