About Strike Six: Founded by a dedicated first responder and martial artist, our self-defense studio stands as a beacon of safety and confidence. Our approach is deeply personal, offering tailored training options including private one-on-one sessions, semi-private two-on-one sessions, and intimate group classes limited to six individuals, ensuring each participant receives the attention and support they deserve. Our weekly classes are a fusion of various martial art styles, all with a central focus on self-defense and personal protection. Beyond our regular classes, we hold specialized community workshops and private events, particularly for women, addressing vital topics such as situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, domestic violence, and human trafficking. These workshops are not just about physical techniques, but about equipping individuals with knowledge and strategies to navigate challenging situations. We are committed to meeting you where you are, both figuratively and literally! Your convenience matters - in addition to our in-studio offerings, all of our training comes with a mobile service option. Whether it's at your home, school, gym, church, or workplace, we'll bring our expertise to your preferred location. At Strike Six, we are not just a destination - we are a movement towards empowerment and preparedness, wherever you may be. About Me (Chloe): As a professional in public safety and emergency management, I have undergone physical agility, situational awareness, and behavioral analysis training. As a martial artist, my primary training is in striking. I have trained in Boxing, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, MMA, Tai Chi, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As both a female, and first responder, I am an advocate for self-defense. I have seen first hand how important it is for individuals to be able to protect themselves, and I understand the unique security challenges women face. I design our themed workshops to target specific groups of women, ensuring there’s something for everyone, regardless of their stage in life or career. In an ever changing world the importance of self-defense cannot be over emphasized. My motivation for an active and healthy lifestyle has helped strengthen my optimism for life. I am not only passionate about helping others improve their health and fitness, but also educating them on how to defend it.
