“Barefoot is always a great time. You can go for yoga or just to take in nature, do some shopping or eat some local, healthy food. Surrounded by trees and water you feel removed from the craziness of everyday life. Beth does a great job of making all feel welcome and there is something for everyone, even those not into yoga. I would highly recommend checking it out; you can come alone or bring a friend, and kids are welcome and will love running around outside.”

Overall the vibes were unlike any other festival experience. Everyone was so kind, inviting, and the workshops were so educational. It was an experience that I can't put words to.

The energy and safe space cultivated by the collective whole engulfed in nature. It felt like a weekend of releasing all that no longer serves and creating an open heart to receive an abundance of goodness. There was lots of tears, lots of laughter and lots of love. No one was telling you not to cry. Crying was encouraged. This is rare in most of life. I appreciated the safe space to be authentic and be seen.
