What this weekend is

Barefoot & Free is a weekend to come back to yourself.

It’s three days in the woods filled with movement, music, community, and the kind of deep exhale most of us don’t realize we’ve been needing. Come for the yoga, stay for the feeling: nervous systems softening, laughter around campfires, and that sweet reminder that life is meant to be lived with people.

This festival is designed to feel spacious. You can take classes all day, wander the vendor village, lay in the grass, nap, dance, make new friends, or keep it quiet and restorative. There’s no “right” way to do it, just your way.

Whether you’re coming solo, with friends, or bringing your family, you’re welcome here.

  • Yoga + wellness classes all weekend (all levels—come as you are)

  • Nature, community, and space to actually breathe

  • Vendor village with curated offerings

  • Weekend pass + day pass options (join us for what you can)

  • Lodging is optional (camping / bunkhouse / glamping / VIP)

  • Kids are welcome (kids pass available)
