A beautiful collaboration by Truth Seeker and Beth James. Bringing women together for a powerful evening of healing; through ceremonial cacao, yin yoga, reiki and sound healing.
Included in this restorative and awakening evening will be an intentional curation of heart opening connection that will bring us not only closer together as women, but will help us uncover our inner truths and gain confidence and clarity on our paths.
We will begin with an opening share and introduction to the power of gathering as sisters & the impact of circles on our community.
Truth will lead us through a ceremonial cacao experience of medicine from the heart of Peru. Known for its rich, velvety texture and its ability to open gently open the heart, this cacao is a testament to the fertile soils of the Peruvian landscape, where ancient traditions meet the magic of the land. Sourced with eco-consciousness, it's a taste of ancient wisdom and nourishment for body and soul paired with Peruvian red maca and salts high in trace minerals from the inca salt mines. This will prepare our bodies and hearts to be vulnerable and open as Beth guides a yin yoga practice. This somatic heart opening practice will be coupled by reiki offer by Truth. Reiki touch during somatic movement will support the release of tension in the body and free up energetic space to fully receive the benefits of each somatic movement.
We will conclude by transporting your higher self to the outmost bliss as we guide you in a sound bath experience. Expect to feel seen and heard, welcomed truly as you are. Leave feeling connected, restored on a deep soulful level and inspired to share in the benefits of sisterhood and authentic connection.

About your guides : Truth is a trauma-informed intuitive healing artist specializing in Usui/Holy Fire Karuna Reiki with years of experience as both a Reiki practitioner and certifying Reiki teacher. She received her Usui/Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master training with the International Center for Reiki Training [ICRT] in 2018 at the birthplace of the Usui Method of Natural and Holistic Healing at Kurama Yama [Mount Kurama] in Kyoto, Japan and is an affiliate member of the ICRT. Truth is also a 200hr RYT and facilitates sound, movement and plant medicine. She was initiated as a medicine carrier and facilitator in 2023 by the leader of the Kuntanawa Tribe, Chief Haru, and is also a member of the Kuntanawa Nation Guardian Network and Ministry. She offers private Reiki sessions, Reiki certification courses, monthly community Reiki shares, kirtan, sound bath meditations, yoga instruction and medicine ceremonies.
